By purchasing guest posting packages, subscription plans, wallet credits, or sponsored posts, you agree to these terms.
While refunds are generally not provided, exceptional cases may be reviewed individually. Any decision to issue a refund will be at the sole discretion of SEOguestpostlinks.com.

Please note that once an article is published, it cannot be edited, refunded, or taken down. You can order with confidence.
In case a published article is removed due to a Legal Notice, there will be no refund in such cases.
Publications reserve the right to remove content if the editorial team deems it unethical, inappropriate, or subject to litigation. The agency will not be responsible for any refund in such events.
Our editorial team may make minor adjustments to the title, images, or content to maintain quality, website aesthetics, and SEO standards.
2) Money-Back Guarantee (Publishing Failure Only)
If we are unable to publish an approved order on the chosen publisher domain(s), you are entitled to a full refund (minus any payment gateway fees) or a credit to your SEOguestpostlinks Wallet – the choice is yours.
As an alternative, we may also offer placement on comparable publisher websites or provide Wallet credit for future use. The final choice remains with you, and the full refund option (minus gateway fees) will always be available in these cases.
3) Writing Stage Cancellations
When you place an order, your payment is immediately allocated to our writers.
If you cancel during the writing or review stage (before publishing), you are eligible for a 50% refund.
In this case, you will still receive the drafted article, may request revisions, and are free to use it elsewhere.
4) Publishing Stage – No Refunds
Once an article is approved for publishing and submitted to the publisher, the order becomes non-refundable.
Please ensure that before approving for publishing:
The article meets your requirements.
Business contact details are correct.
Spelling, grammar, keywords, and anchors are verified.
All links are functional.
5) Publisher-Controlled Factors (No Refunds / No Replacements)
We cannot provide refunds or replacements for issues outside our control, including:
Content lifespan & availability: Publishers may remove posts after a set period (e.g., 6 months) or in case of site redesigns, ownership changes, or shutdowns.
Link type changes: Publishers may change dofollow/nofollow attributes.
Google indexing: Google may deindex content at any time.
Policy/legal removals: Publishers may remove posts if they update editorial guidelines or receive legal notices.
Technical factors: Uptime, load speed, formatting, and third-party comments are beyond our control.
6) Wallet Top-Ups & Data Access
Wallet top-ups (minimum $25) are non-refundable as they grant immediate access to our publisher database.
Publisher data is digitally delivered and cannot be “returned.”
Wallet funds are non-transferable and can only be used within your account.
Funds remain valid unless otherwise stated but may be forfeited if your account is suspended or terminated due to violations.
7) Refund Requests & Processing Time
Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@seoguestpostlinks.com and must include your order number.
Requests will be acknowledged within 24 business hours.
If approved, processing times are:
Credit Cards: 5–10 business days.
PayPal: Immediate once processed (depends on your source).
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. Payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
8) What Counts as a “Publish”
A successful publish means the article is accepted and made live by the chosen publisher.
Unless agreed in writing, we do not guarantee:
Specific attributes (e.g., rel=”dofollow”).
Placement position on the site.
Publisher site traffic, SEO outcomes, or rankings.
Page design or formatting.
9) Complaints & Disputes
If you believe the service did not match the confirmed order, notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@seoguestpostlinks.com with evidence.
Complaints based on SEO results, personal preference, or subjective quality concerns will not be accepted if the order was fulfilled as agreed.
Complaints will be reviewed individually at the sole discretion of SEOguestpostlinks.com.
If unresolved within 30 business days, disputes will be handled under applicable law and jurisdiction.
10) Liability Cap
Where refunds are approved, our liability is limited strictly to the fees paid for the specific disputed order.
We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost rankings, traffic, business opportunities, or reputation damage. No other claims or remedies will be available beyond the approved refund or Wallet credit.
